‍

1. Who can use Audition
‍
• You must be at least 17 years old.
‍
• You may not sell or trade access.
‍
• You must give accurate information, including your birthdate, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
‍
• You need an Apple ID to sign in. One person, one account

‍2. Your content and your intellectual property
‍
You own what you create. Your headshots, reels, voice, likeness, and everything else you post or share on Audition stay yours. We do not claim ownership of any of it.

‍Our commitments to you:
‍
• We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and we do not allow others to.
‍
• We do not use AI to remodel, regenerate, or alter your images, video, or audio. We only make technical changes needed to display your content, such as resizing, compressing, and generating thumbnails.
‍
• We do not sell, license, or give your content to third parties.
‍
• We will not use your name, image, voice, or content in our own advertising or promotion unless we contact you first and you agree in writing.

‍The limited permission we need from you. To run the app, you give Audition a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, display, and play your content inside Audition, to the audience you choose, and to make the technical changes described above. This permission exists only to operate the service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for brief delays while deletion completes.

What you promise.
You confirm that you own your content or have the right to share it, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or these terms.

3. Community rules
‍
Audition is built on trust between creatives. The following are not allowed, and we have zero tolerance for them:
‍
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization of minors
‍
• Threats, harassment, bullying, or hate directed at a person or group
‍
• Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm
‍
• Impersonating another person, or sharing someone's private information without permission
‍
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
‍
• Scams, spam, fraud, or illegal activity
‍
• Recording, capturing, or redistributing other people's Stages, content, or likeness without their permission
‍
• Trying to break, overload, or get around the security of the app

We can remove content or suspend or end accounts that break these rules, with or without warning, depending on how serious it is.

‍4. Stages
‍
Stages are live audio and video sessions. Hosts can control who speaks and appears on camera. Listeners join without microphone or camera access unless a host promotes them. Hosts may demote or remove participants. We do not record Stages. Other people may record their own devices, which is against these rules but outside our control. Share only what you are comfortable sharing live.

‍5. Reporting and blocking
‍
You can report content or a user and block anyone in the app. We review reports and act where these rules are broken. Blocking is available to you at any time and is the fastest way to keep someone away from you.

‍6. Copyright complaints
‍
If you believe content on Audition infringes your copyright, email support@joinaudition.com with the details: what the work is, where it appears on Audition, and your contact information. We will review it and remove content where appropriate. We may end accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
‍
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, content, and account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms or put others at risk. If we end your account, you can still ask us about it at support@joinaudition.com.

8. Our service and its limits
‍
Audition is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or secure. Live audio and video depend on your connection and on third parties. We may change or remove features, including adding usage limits on Stages, with notice where reasonable.Audition is a place to meet and showcase work. We are not responsible for what users say or share, for meetings or deals that result from using the app, or for the conduct of other users, online or offline. Use judgment when you meet or work with people you find here.

‍
To the fullest extent the law allows, Audition and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

‍10. Your responsibility
‍
You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, or because your content infringed someone's rights, to the extent the law allows.
‍
‍11. Governing law
‍
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Audition agree to those courts.
‍
‍12. Changes to these terms
‍
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Audition after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.
